Online payments via debit and credit cards, bank transfer or invoice are processed by Klarna. We don't have access to your payment details nor we store them on our website.
In case of product pickup or home delivery, you can pay with all the most common debit and credit cards or contactless using Apple, Google and Samsung Pay. We also accept cash. If you want to pay on the spot, you need to agree that separately with us on the phone or Whatsapp.
Shipment & Delivery
Orders that are placed during the current day will be processed at latest on the next day through Monday to Saturday. All the available delivery options are shown at checkout. Packages are sent solely to the delivery address and for the person specified in the order. The client is informed with the package tracking code by email when the package has been sent to delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a legal right of 14 days to return the purchase. It must be unopened and in salable condition. The buyer is responsible for postage. This approach complies with the Customer Protection Act of Finland (known as Kuluttajansuojalaki). We will refund the purchase when the package has been received back to us.
If you receive an incorrect product, something is broken or missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Here at Las Tunas, we primarily try to agree on things with the customer in mutually beneficial way operating in accordance with Finnish law.
