Nopales are rich in vitamin , contain high amount of antioxidants and reduces glucose levels in the bloodstream.
How to cook them? there are many ways! Cactus salad, nopales with pork ribs and tomato/chilli sauce, nopales and fried tofu with sauce, nopales with meat and tomatillo (green tomato sauce) or quesadilla with cheese and nopales.
INGREDIENTS: Tender cactus, water, iodized salt, citric acid and 0.1%sodium benzoate as preservative.
Rinse with plenty of water, refrigerate after opening.
