Refreshing Mexican drinks were many and varied, highlighting chia, pozol or flowers. Among these, we can't fail to mention the "fresh waters" made with fruits (Tamarind), grains (rice beverage) and flowers (hibiscus), which are the popular accompaniment to Mexican meals.
The ingredients in horchata are really simple. Authentic horchata is made with water, rice, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla.
Horchata juice has a great balance of creamy rice and cinnamon flavor.
Note:
Concentrate 700ml makes about 5-6 litres of your favorite flavor.
