Doña Maria mole with almonds 235g
The dark brown mole is usually prepared with over many different ingredients such as chili peppers, nuts, spices, vegetables, chocolate and many other spices, including almonds, making it sweeter than the original mole.
To make the mole:
Just empty the contents of the jar into a pot over medium low heat.
Slowly stir in 3 cups of chicken broth.
Use a wooden spoon to break up the mole paste and stir it into a smooth sauce.
You have to stir for awhile to completely break up the mole paste.
